Uncle Bill does not disappoint!

Considering the number of Catholic pilgrims trekking to the Sundance film festival, today’s obligatory press release from Uncle Bill seems fitting.

Now what would an Uncle Bill press release be with out a reference to Mel Gibson? Now the connection to Mel was made quickly and without a link to Kevin Bacon. Just how often Catholics who ponder on pedophilia link it to bestiality and then to Mel Gibson is unknown. Thanks to Uncle Bill, in today’s release we now have the secrets to how it is done.

The Catholic League website states why the organization exists.

The Catholic League is the nation’s largest Catholic civil rights organization. Founded in 1973 by the late Father Virgil C. Blum, S.J., the Catholic League defends the right of Catholics – lay and clergy alike – to participate in American public life without defamation or discrimination.

Motivated by the letter and the spirit of the First Amendment, the Catholic League works to safeguard both the religious freedom rights and the free speech rights of Catholics whenever and wherever they are threatened.

We are unsure how a combination of the Sundance film festival, pedophilia, horses and Mel Gibson are a threat to Catholic participation in public life, but we are sure that it appears it was the horse that molested the pervert in Seattle, not vice versa as Uncle Bill suggests.
